Official Rules: Stephen GMC $100 Gas Card Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

The Stephen GMC $100 Gas Card Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of Stephen GMC are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 1st at 12am EST and ends on December 23rd at 11:59pm. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

Entrants must complete the following actions on the official Stephen GMC Instagram page during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry:

• Follow the official Stephen GMC Instagram page (@StephenGMCbristol).
• Like the official Sweepstakes post.
• Tag 2 friends in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.

Each additional unique friend tagged in a separate comment will count as one (1) additional entry. All entries must be from a public, non-giveaway-specific Instagram account to be considered valid.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Shell Gas Gift Card with a verifiable retail value of One Hundred Dollars ($100 ARV). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• The drawing will be conducted on or about December 30th.
• The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• The name of the winner will be announced publicly on the Stephen GMC Instagram Story and/or in the original Sweepstakes post caption after verification.

6. General Conditions and Release

• Sponsor: Stephen GMC, 1097 Farmington Ave. Bristol, Connecticut.
• By participating, all entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Stephen GMC and its affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes.
• Stephen GMC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules.
• The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
