G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty

A. G.R.S.S. lifetime Warranty applies to every new Toyota including Hybrids.

A. G.R.S.S. warranty is truly a lifetime warranty that stays with you and your Toyota vehicle as long as you, the original owner maintains ownership of the vehicle.

A. You must perform all the Toyota Manufacturer manual maintenance at Stephen Toyota within one (1) month or One Thousand (1000) miles of being required for all scheduled Toyota Factory maintenance.

A. No. The G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty stays with the owner or owners as long as they own the Toyota for unlimited time, unlimited miles. The G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty can not be transferred.

A. Your G.R.S.S. warranty covers the same components, exactly the same components as the Toyota Factory Limited Powertrain Warranty.

Factory Limited Powertrain Warranty includes:

• Engine: Cylinder block and head and all internal parts, intake manifold, timing gears and gaskets, timing chain/belt and cover, flywheel, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump, engine mounts turbocharger housing and all internal parts, supercharger housing and all internal parts, engine control computer, water pump, fuel pump, seals and gaskets.
• Transmission and Transaxle: Case and all internal parts, torque converter, clutch cover, transmission mounts, transfer case and all internal parts, engine control computer, seals and gaskets.
• Front Wheel Drive Systems: Final drive housing and all internal parts, axle shafts, drive shaft, constant velocity joints, front hub and bearings, seals and gaskets.

• The G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty is included in your purchase as a thank you benefit for doing business with Stephen Toyota. Stephen does not sell this. It is offered at no additional charge to thank you and give you piece of mind to buy from Stephen Toyota.

A. Easy, there is no catch!

A. No –Stephen safely and properly disposes of all used oil and oil filters to protect our environment. It is not for Stephen to tell you what you can or cannot do with your Toyota. However, you will void your G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty by not having the required Toyota manufacturer maintenance performed at Stephen Toyota.

A. It is very simple. It is our desire to maintain a long term relationship with our Stephen Toyota customers to achieve the highest level of service.
