Just wanted to thank you again for your excellent service and dealership delivery on our new 2009 Vibe.
We love the car, love the price, and are getting great reviews from everyone that sees it. We took it to the Home Depot yesterday and loaded it up, and couldn't believe what we fit in it, w/plenty of room to spare. And , although we have nearly 200 miles on it, it still has over 1/2 tank of gas remaining.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Alan Ladd was great to deal with, answered my many questions, put very little pressure on me, and went out of his way to make the car buying experience as simple as possible...What really struck me was that when I told him I lived 40 minutes away and might have trouble getting my wife there to sign papers after work one night, he offered to bring them to me. While we were ultimately able to make it to the dealership, my wife and I appreciated this gesture and it is something we will remember the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

This past Saturday, we were at Stephens and leased a brand new Toyota Corolla from Tom, courtesy of our 'ol' pal Andy Hall! It's a big difference from our trade in which was a '97 Camry that was--well, if it were a person, I say--on its last legs! I drove it around all day today--highway and local traffic--parking lots and driveways--then back safe and sound to our garage and I love it!

I want to thank you for your prompt and courteous replies to my inquiry--they don't go unnoticed. However, I have found a car elsewhere that was in my price range as well as able to be financed. If you are seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, I want to be the first to say that Stephen's Auto Mall is indeed a serious auto dealer that will help you purchase a car. This I will keep with me and if I have friends, or co-workers, or people in general ask me where somewhere good would be to buy a car, I will keep Stephens in mind. Although, in my case, I found what I was looking for elsewhere, you guys are quality dealers. Again, thank you for all your help.
